For us,  big is not beautiful. We try to develop buildings into smaller multiple units that can attract mainstream occupants. That might be for rent, for purchase or for used as serviced accommodation.

What makes us different is that we develop own and operate most of our sites.  We believe this end to end involvement leads to better returns and satisfied clients and investors.

Our Story

Neat Nests arose from a growing realisation that the old models of house ownership of cut and paste houses on estates was stale.  The founders, Chrissie and Colin had both operated at board level in multi-national companies but came together to develop a property business that at it’s heart was driven by their shared passion for smart design.

Why? Because people deserve to live in a place that they are proud of and to know who they’re doing business with. It’s a human thing.
